Behind the Scenes Experience

Bottling Day Crew for a Day

THE HARVEST CREW

Become part of the Inner Circle Bottling Day at Stolen Harvest

Most people drink it.
A few people make it.
Fewer still earn their place in the room.

This is not a public tour at Stolen Harvest Meadery.
This is an invitation into the Inner Circle — the people who have worked a bottling line, sat at our table, and become part of our story.

WHAT THIS REALLY IS

You show up in the morning.
We don’t hand you a brochure.
We hand you bottles.

We walk the batch — honey, fruit, fermentation, decisions. The things that actually matter.
Then you step onto the line.

Bottle.
Cork.
Label.
Pack.

You’ll feel the pace.
You’ll feel the repetition.
You’ll understand why craft is never rushed.
By midday, we sit down together — not as customers and hosts, but as crew.
A real harvest table lunch.
In the afternoon, we finish the run.

When the last case is stacked, we clean up, pour generously, and sit down again for dinner and a guided tasting of our award-winning meads.
And you’ll taste them differently — because you helped bring them into the world.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

* A full hands-on bottling day
* Guided tasting of our mead lineup
* Harvest table lunch
* Harvest table dinner
* Official Crew Member T-shirt
* First access to bottles from that day’s run
* A professional crew photograph

That photograph goes on our website as part of our permanent Bottling Days archive.
Not everyone makes that wall.
Only those who worked the line.
You don’t just attend.
You become part of Stolen Harvest history

WHY THIS MATTERS

We are not a volume factory.
We are not a staged attraction.
We are a working meadery in Alberta, and the people who step into this day become part of the Stolen Harvest crew family.
Not because they paid.
Because they showed up.
Because they worked.
Because they sat at the table.
That’s the Inner Circle.

THE INVESTMENT

$75

Less than what you’d spend on dinner and a tasting in most cities.
But this isn’t about retail value.
It’s about access.

LIMITED CREW

We keep the group small.
Because community is built in tight rooms — not crowded ones.
Only a handful of spots available. When it fills, it closes.
And those names go into the archive.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Not spectators.
Not influencers looking for a backdrop.
People who respect craft.
People who value real food and real work.
People who understand that belonging is earned.
If that’s you, we’ll see you on the line.

JOIN THE INNER CIRCLE

Come ready to work.
Come ready to eat.
Come ready to raise a glass.
Leave with bottles.
Leave with your shirt.
Leave with your name and face in our history.
And leave knowing you’re not just someone who visited.
You’re part of the crew now.
