NOTE: this is an outdoor class so please come dressed for the weather. As always, good walking shoes are a must and rain gear may be needed. Come prepared-sunscreen, bug spray, hats, etc.
Also, note this class can accommodate vegetarian diets upon request. Not vegan or & gluten-free friendly.
Class fee: $95 plus GST
Class duration: 3 hours
Class fee includes: a guided forest walk with time for harvesting, a cooking demo with part of the cattail used, followed by taste sampling and a glass of house mead to accompany the dish. You will also get to take home a sample of cattail tips to cook with along with a recipe booklet with ideas for you to play with in your own wildly-inspired kitchen!
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
