The Traditional Mead is honey wine at its most naked. Water, honey and yeast are the only ingredients in this full-bodied white honey wine. It is a semi-sec wine with a refreshing balance between sweetness and acidity. Fresh green apple bursts onto the palette, followed by a round honeyed and silky mouthfeel, and a grilled pineapple finish. Simple yet elegant.

Pair with spicy foods, chicken tagine, or on its own on a summer patio.
