There is barely any colour to this aromatic mead. Features gin-like juniper on the nose and cactus flower along with green apple on the palate and a fresh grassy finish reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Simple yet elegant.

Pair with spicy foods, chicken tagine, or on its own on a summer patio.
