This special and very limited edition mead is a harmony of dark chocolate and Alberta grown tart cherries infused with sweet boreal forest honey.

We only produce 200-250 bottles per year.

Our chocolate cherry mead has notes of sweet honey, tart cherry, and the rich aroma of chocolate with hints of vanilla and spice.The overall impression is a complex, inviting aroma that mead enthusiasts are sure to enjoy.

PALATE

A delightful combination of sweet, fruity, and chocolatey notes.The cherry flavor provides a bright, fruity tartness that complements the sweet honey. The overall experience can be reminiscent of a cherry cordial or a decadent chocolate-covered cherry.

Using an exquisite combination of ingredients our Chocolate Cherry is highly sought after. Aged between 18-24 months prior to bottling.
